DRIVING DIRECTIONS
An express train service runs every 30 minutes to Rome's Termini train station (journey time 30 minutes) costing around 10. Both a shuttle bus and the metro run from the airport to Via Lepanto. Alternatively, licensed metered taxis are readily available at the airport costing approximately 45 EUR. Rome's efficient integrated transportation system includes buses, trams, subway (metro) and suburban trains. Tickets should be bought before boarding and are available from ATAC ticket machines and all tobacconists. The city centre is easily negotiated on foot. Traffic in Rome is often busy and chaotic so driving is not generally recommended. From the airport take the A1 and exit at Aurelia Citta del Vaticano. Drive along the Viale della Mura Vaticane and then onto the Via Germanico. The hotel is at the end of the street.
