Opened in January 2006, the centrally located Opera Hotel occupies a fully renovated late 19th century building between Piazza Venezia and Piazza Della Repubblica, 500 metres from the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. Car rental and transfers to and from the airport can be organised, and visitors with cars can utilise a surcharged parking service. Rome Fiumicino Airport is 32 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
There is an express train service every 30 minutes (journey time 30 minutes) to Rome's Termini train station, 750 metres from the hotel. A single ticket costs around 10 EUR. Metro station Repubblica is the same distance from the hotel. Taxis are readily available at the airport, but take a licensed metered taxi only. An airport surcharge is payable. A taxi to the hotel will cost in the region of 35-40 EUR.
Driving directions: From the airport, take Autoroute Fiumicino-Roma, Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A), exit Rome Centre (Station Termini, Piazza Venezia).
